About Apollo Spine and Pain Center
Apollo Spine and Pain Center is a physician-owned interventional pain practice with offices in Cumming and Jasper, Georgia. Dr. Ramya Rangaraj sees and treats every patient personally. Because procedures are performed in our own suites, patients are not billed the facility fees hospital-owned practices add.

Why the practice exists
Most people arrive here after being passed around. An imaging report, a referral, a different provider each visit, and a prescription that manages the pain without ever explaining it. Apollo was built to work the other way: identify the structure generating the pain, treat that structure directly, and measure success by what a patient can do afterward.
We are deliberately small. Two offices, one physician, and a staff that knows patients by name. Being independent means the practice answers to patients rather than to a hospital system’s billing targets.
What we stand for
No facility fees
Apollo is physician-owned. Unlike hospital-owned pain practices, we do not add a facility fee on top of your office visit or your procedure. One visit, one charge.
One physician, every visit
You see Dr. Ramya Rangaraj. Not a rotating roster from a 40-location chain. The person who diagnoses you is the person who treats you.
Function over opioids
The goal is to get you moving again. We treat the source of the pain and help patients reduce or come off long-term narcotics without the withdrawal they expect.
How care actually runs
- A first visit is a conversation, an examination and a review of your imaging.
- Diagnostic blocks are used when the source of pain is genuinely unclear.
- Procedures are scheduled at whichever office is closer to you.
- Medication is reviewed at every visit, with tapering support where appropriate.
- Physical therapy, sleep and activity are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
