Pain care in Pickens County
Pickens County patients used to drive to Canton, Marietta or Atlanta for pain care. The Jasper office exists so that trip is no longer the default. It sits on Sammy McGhee Boulevard off GA-515, minutes from Piedmont Mountainside Hospital, and it is the closest option for most of the mountain communities north of Ball Ground.
Visits here are consultation, evaluation and ongoing care: reviewing your imaging, building a plan, managing medication carefully, and treating muscle pain with trigger point injections. Auto accident injuries and follow-up telehealth visits are handled from Jasper as well.
Image-guided procedures — the injections and ablations that need fluoroscopy — are scheduled at our Cumming office. You are still seen by the same physician, and we tell you before you book which office your procedure belongs at, so no one drives to the wrong door.
Billing works the same at both offices. Apollo is physician-owned, so there is no hospital facility fee stacked on top of the visit or the procedure.

Driving directions
From downtown Jasper: Head north on Main Street to GA-515, then turn onto Sammy McGhee Boulevard — about 5 minutes.
From Big Canoe or Bent Tree: Take Steve Tate Highway or Cove Road to GA-515 south, then onto Sammy McGhee Boulevard. Roughly 15–20 minutes.
Free lot parking with accessible spaces near the entrance. An elevator serves Suite 204, so there are no stairs to climb.
