Pain care in Forsyth County
The Cumming office is where Apollo does its procedural work. It is a ground-floor suite in the Front 9 Drive medical park off Pilgrim Mill Road, about five minutes from GA-400 Exit 16 and a short drive from Northside Hospital Forsyth. Patients come from across Forsyth County and from Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Suwanee and Gainesville.
Injections and ablations are performed here, in our own suite, under image guidance. That includes epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, facet and medial branch work, sacroiliac and genicular procedures, and spinal cord stimulator trials. Because the practice is physician-owned rather than hospital-owned, there is no facility fee added to a procedure day.
You see Dr. Ramya Rangaraj at every visit — the consultation, the procedure and the follow-up. Nothing is handed to a rotating provider, and nothing is scheduled before she has looked at your imaging and explained what the procedure can and cannot do.
The goal of care here is function: getting you back to walking, working and sleeping, and reducing reliance on long-term opioids where that is possible for you.
