Apollo Spine and Pain Center is physician-owned, so procedures are performed in our own office suites and no facility fee is added to your bill. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and most major commercial plans at both the Cumming and Jasper offices. Benefits are verified before any procedure is scheduled.

When the same injection is performed at a hospital-owned pain clinic, patients frequently receive two bills: one from the physician and one from the facility. The facility charge can be larger than the physician charge. That is the single biggest reason an injection costs what it does.
Because we own our offices and perform procedures on site, that second bill does not exist here. It is the same physician, the same image-guided procedure, without the hospital markup.
