Radiofrequency Ablation is performed at Apollo Spine and Pain Center’s Cumming office, 4415 Front 9 Dr, Suite 700, Cumming, GA 30041. Dr. Ramya Rangaraj performs the procedure in our own suite, so there is no hospital facility fee. Appointments run Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday mornings.

Getting here
Ground-floor suite in the Front 9 Drive medical office park, just off Bald Ridge Marina Road near GA-400 Exit 16.
From downtown Cumming: Take Canton Highway to Pilgrim Mill Road and turn onto Front 9 Drive — about 8 minutes.
From GA-400: Exit 16, head east on Pilgrim Mill Road, then right onto Front 9 Drive. Under 5 minutes from the ramp.
Free surface parking directly outside Suite 700. Accessible spaces are at the suite entrance, and the office is step-free from the lot to the exam rooms.
Planning the appointment
- Bring photo ID, your insurance card and a current medication list.
- Bring imaging discs and reports if the study was done elsewhere.
- Arrange a driver if you are offered sedation; most patients do not need it, but plan ahead.
- Wear loose clothing that is easy to change out of.
